- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently encountered an issue on my grandmother's account with CNB. Branch Manager, Hunter Huffman, took the time to listen and research the root of the issue and made a decision to do what was right by his customer. He took a very negative situation and turned it into a positive customer experience. I am grateful for the commitment shown to my grandmother—long standing customer since 1985 and Zanesville community member. It is the personal connection, like Hunter provided, that we choose to bank with community banks and people versus large banks, machines, and automated services. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited this bank to ask about opening a small business account as it was close to my office. They did not seem very interested in having my business and it very much felt like they were inconvenienced by my presence.
